The location is easily accessible - whether by public transport, 4 minutes from Stadelhofen station and 8 minutes from the main station, by bike or by car. Paid parking spaces are available in the Stettbach Mitte underground parking garage.

Medical prescription

Your doctor establishes a PRESCRIPTION (VERORDNUNG) of physiotherapy. *Not required for private care.

Contact us by phone, email or in person for a first appointment. During the first appointment, an anamnesis will be carried out and we will agree together objectives, as well as a first care. At the end of the treatment, we agree on the serie of appointments. At the end of the treatments serie, we send the invoice electronically to your health insurance. The regulation of private care is to be agreed.

The prescription is normally established for 9 sessions.

Which treatment method will be the best? Your therapist will decide after the first session.

Important: In the event that a physiotherapeutic treatment proves to be unsuited to your case, your physiotherapist will direct you to the appropriate health professional.

PhysiOsteo Montagna is recognized by all Swiss health insurance and accident insurers as well as by the IV.

Most supplemental insurance plans also cover preventive services and massages. Since these additional services vary from insurer to insurer, it's best to clarify whether preventive treatments are covered in advance.

If you are unable to attend, we ask that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Since last-minute cancellations cannot accommodate additional patients, and this incurs costs, appointments that are not canceled in a timely manner (at least 24 hours in advance) will be billed directly to you. Thank you for your understanding.

The physiotherapist supports people with physical orthopedic, rheumatic, cardiopulmonary or neurological disabilities by trying to restore or optimize the patient's physical functions.

The physiotherapist treats the patient as needed, using strength and stretching exercises, manual therapy techniques (soft tissue techniques, massage, traction, manipulation, etc.), and a variety of therapeutic modalities (heat, cold, electricity, ultrasound, etc.). They monitor progress to optimize treatment.
